Breakfast time is my best time of the day. I love to wake up early in the morning, and to sit down in the garden, in my favorite corner, on the kitchen side. There it is very quite, you hear nothing except the birds. Everybody sleeps. It's 7 o'clock and I have the whole day in front of me. I enjoy a very strong black tea (Yorkshire Gold brand) with breads and marmelade. Having my second cup of tea, sewing can start, for about one hour.
It's such a happy moment and I feel blessed to be able to enjoy the lovely view, the fresh wind and the quietness.
Enjoy your breakfast!
Christine

ReplyDeleteHow lovely! Breakfast in the garden, so peaceful.
ReplyDeleteYou are tempting me into joining you early in the morning. I too love that time of day the most. It's an hour of me-time, enjoying the birds' concert and the smell of freshly washed nature.Don't you find that the morning air smell fresher then the rest of the day? I love it. Then the day starts with its joys and tasks when the boys get up. Enjoy your morning.
ReplyDeleteCute little pouch-they are so fun to make aren't they.
ReplyDeleteLovely post Christine! I love the beautiful and colorful pouch, this would make a perfect pouch to store make-up brushes! Your images look right out of a Country & Garden Magazine! And I'm still enjoying the dried lavender from your garden in my home in Chicago! Merci
