The reason why...

... I was absent from my blog since a month :

Grandsons

Lounge

Lounge

Lounge

Lounge

My son from Chicago and my son, his wife and their two babies from London came to spend August in Greece. I was so happy to have them here with me! I met my third grandson for the first time! My daughter and her baby were as well here, and as you can understand I had the best excuse not to have any time left for quilting or blogging! Proof are those pictures of my lounge... I would be ashamed to show you in what situation is the rest of my home : a mess everywhere. Needless to talk about my kitchen!!!

I will be back soon (after home will be again in its usual state), with new quilting projects, new ideas and new fabrics from Chicago.

  2. Glad to hear you were away for some beautiful little GOOD reasons and not because of health issues. We'll wait for you. You have your priorities in good order if you ask me. Quilting is not an obligation. ;^)

  9. Surely having your grandkids there is wonderful. From the looks of things, they had a very good time! Your Liberty pillow appears to be put to good use. Even with all the toys, your lounge looks very warm and inviting.

  14. Tout est si gai et si vivant!!! On imagine les petites mains affairées aux jeux, et j'ai un pincement au coeur en pensant à mon salon il y a quelques années(je pestais contre les jeux de mes enfants)Jolies photos!
