This tutorial was done just to show the zig-zag method. The blocks are 7x7 to begin with. After being sewn together with another color, cut into 4 triangles, sewn into blocks and then rows, the blocks should measure 6x6, correct? You have it set up as 4 blocks by 5.5, which would be 24x33 inches. I just want to make sure it's large enough in the end. <br />Thanks so much!Meghan Evansnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1104416203292328797.post-7017925749850426072016-08-02T01:08:47.854+03:002016-08-02T01:08:47.854+03:00Thank you for your help, I hope to make one soonThank you for your help, I hope to make one soonAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18083990152407227158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1104416203292328797.post-38911936465593872612016-08-02T01:08:24.670+03:002016-08-02T01:08:24.670+03:00Thank you for your help, I hope to make one soonThank you for your help, I hope to make one soonAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18083990152407227158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1104416203292328797.post-3475838412546399092016-06-10T22:38:46.727+03:002016-06-10T22:38:46.727+03:00Thanks Dana! I now need to make her a super-single bed-sized quilt and a matching one for her doll's bed. :) I love the way you've explained the process for chevrons. I had previously thought they would be out of reach for me at this point. I just may try this now!! I love the chevron pattern. I bought fabric that was printed chevron, but that is so intensive to match. So, I'm planning on doing the style that you have demonstrated. I think it is beautiful. I might make it wider, though, for a large baby girl. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05752439688008628264noreply@blogger.com
